Boracay used to be an unexploited island then in 1986 and it was PADI Master Instructor Victor Ocskai who showed great interest with the diving substance that Boracay Island has the potential of and he opened the first dive shop in Boracay.

This was the Victory Divers, the first dive shop and restaurant built in Boracay which became one of the first among the most popular diving centers in Boracay Island that offers the most modern diving facilities and dive courses to offer.

Victory Divers uses highly advanced technical diving equipments such as Global Positioning System and 3D echo sounder which the diving team of Victory Divers use to conduct a systematic surveying of the waters of Boracay and its neighboring islands which lead them to discover numerous diving sites.

Getting to Boracay takes only 45 minutes airplane ride from Manila with three major airlines serving you namely the Philippine Airlines, SeaAir and Asian Spirit. It is possible to travel by ship to reach Boracay however it takes a longer time to get there. Victory Divers are glad to provide you additonal services of arranging your travel by either land or air without the extra fee.

Victory Divers offer three major services as a diving center, a restaurant and a hotel. There are 18 rooms available to their visiting guests which are located right fronting the white Boracay beach just beside their diving center.

They offer classy room facilities such as hot and cold shower, cabled television, wireless Internet services with its superior rooms having a balcony that allows you to adore the sparkling view of Boracay beach. The minimum room rates are between 30 to 50 Euros on low seasons and between 60 to 85 Euros on high seasons.

Victory Divers offer the regular diving courses on introductory dive, open water dive, advanced open water dive, scuba review for individuals who have not dived for quite sometime, medic first aid for emergency response, rescue diver, dive master, master scuba diver and assistant instructor.

Among the specialty diving courses offered by Victory Divers are deep, night, and wreck dives, photography diver, videography diving, nitrox, equipment specialist and technical diving courses. Dive safaris are also available upon request. Their newest and latest dive course is the PADI Bubblemaker which is for children at the age of 8 and higher which includes underwater fun games.

Victory Divers have complete lines of diving facilities that include teaching materials in 10 languages, 2 modern classrooms, a couple of outrigger boats, a spacious safari live boat, complete sets of diving gears, blending stations for Nitrox and Tri-Mix, aluminum diving tanks, 2 DAN emergency units, Bauer compressors and underwater photo equipments.

Some of the PADI dive courses offered by Victory Dive usually come at rates that include a PADI course book and diving tables. Highly technical and advanced diving courses usually are expensive (P 47,500.00 max) while beginner diving course are more at a lesser cost.
