The place is surrounded by a saltwater pond with green lush gardens that harbor the growth of tropical flowers and plants with hovering birds to enjoy watching. One can fish out variety of tilapia, milkfish or bangus and even crabs and gisaw. One can also enjoy boating which can be arranged with the management.

Kingfisher Farm also offers room accommodation in studio to 3 bedroom units available in apartment and cottage types furnished with a kitchenette and bedroom appliances. The apartment rates at Kingfisher Farm range between $35 and $100 on a daily rate while one can also arrange to stay monthly with the rate of $700 to $2000. Kingfisher Farm also charges an entrance fee of $2 per head and $4 per kilo of fish caught from their fishpond with a cooking charge of $2 to $5 per kilo.
